The Indiana group is happy to have a summit scheduled for the Client Service Representatives in Indiana coinciding with this particular month. The Indiana Senior Community Service Employment team is planning a Client Service Representative coaching which will happen on May 21st and twenty second. This coaching will serve to educate and practice the Client Service Representatives on greatest practices and building teamwork and camaraderie. Topics to be covered include enrollment and suitability, job developments and on-the-job experience, Job Readiness Training, and many more. We really feel that having better skilled staff participants means better service to all our individuals all through the state. The Client Service Representatives will also be recognized for his or her help in serving our individuals. We hope to share and st udy from one another and have lots of enjoyable at the same time!
